Custom Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition coaching with the Lauran is a 1-on-1 coaching option. With this, Lauran oversees all aspects of your nutrition. Experience with tracking calories and macronutrients is not required.

Emphasis will be placed on mindful eating behaviors and other lifestyle habits that will help improve your overall nutrition, and calories/macronutrients will be assigned on a case-by-case basis.

This option is great for those of you who have a solid exercise program in place but need the extra accountability of a coach to dial in your nutrition and other lifestyle behaviors.

$125 - $200 per month

Custom Training Programs

Lauran will oversee all aspects of your workouts & programming from form & technique to addressing physical limitations & specific training goals.

This option is great for those of you who have some experience with regular exercise, but would like the extra accountability of a coach to dial in your workouts to help you achieve better results.

Custom Training & Nutrition

With this 1-on-1 coaching option, Lauran oversees all aspects of your training and nutrition. You will have a detailed workout plan complete with dynamic warm-ups, a sample weekly schedule, and exercise demos. Your customized program will be designed to suit your time restrictions, equipment availability, exercise preferences, and fitness goal.

Coaching clients must be familiar with compound lifts and have access to a commercial gym or well-equipped home gym that has a barbell, plates, variety of dumbbells, mini-bands, long bands, and an adjustable bench.

Emphasis will be placed on mindful eating behaviors and other lifestyle habits that will help improve your overall nutrition.

$200 - $375 per month
